We all have different goals and different needs when it comes to working out. One-on-one personal training can help you stay focused on yourself and take you away from the distractions that a group session might have for you. Train for a marathon, golfing, skiing, or to improve your general health. Individual sessions are a highly effective way for you to reach your goals.

If you want the fastest and most effective training, 3 days a week of individual training are highly recommended. Or if you need to check in a few times a month in addition to group classes to help keep you focused there are individual/group training packages available.

Have a friend or two you want to train with? Small group sessions are also available*.

Individual training pricing: $80

*add $20 to the individual price for each personal added to the session.
